In the Monday reminders up above, the list reminds you of several things, the first is that no matter what it is that you need to tackle today...1. you CAN do it! This is a mindset that is sometimes hard to maintain; but having a good mindset will set the tone for the whole entire week. Know that our goals are sometimes excruciatingly hard to maintain and in that case, 2. You are ALLOWED to have a break. Overwhelmed will only create the feelings of failure and it will be difficult to get to the next level, or goal so by all means take a break. This could mean just taking a walk for a half hour or leaving it until the next day. 3. You do not have to please everyone. Which also translates into you have ONLY yourself to please. Period. Try to not get trapped into trying to please everyone around you. You cannot possibly be everywhere or do everything. Try organizing schedules or saying NO to things. This will help you concentrate on only the things that are important to you.
4. Be STRONGER than your excuses. This simply means that we could all come up with an excuse to put off something, but making up excuses is an untruth and most likely very lame. So if we can resist making excuses to begin with, we may not have to face our excuse vs. the item that needs to be accomplished.
