What's The Mission? The mission is simply  "To engage and build the political power of young people" This mission is geared toward getting young people getting registered and voting in the age groups of 18-24 years old. Image credit: voiceofchange.png History The group was funded in 1990 and Co-chaired by Virgin Records America and Jeff Ayeroff. Rock The Vote is supported by the National Voter Registration Act of 1993. Rock The Vote brought education to high school students about voting and elections and democracy. The teaching plan was non-partisan and uses music, pop culture, and class discussions to teach our kids how to become engaged as active citizens and have the skills and the knowledge how to vote in our election process.
