Mamma And My Fragrant Kitchen

Who knew I'd be making soup in Spring? Well it's May 1st and it's still chilly out,the temps near me a high of 48 degrees and it's cloudy, overcast and feels more like Fall than late Spring. So when I'm feeling blase' I hit the kitchen. I figured I had enough pantry items on-hand to make my family a simple chicken noodle soup. I'll share my pictures and mini recipe here, but before I do as an aside...I kept thinking about my mother; her heavenly birthday just passed us by and since then she's been in my thoughts, and she left me with the fragrant food memories. Here's a photo of my mom in the late 1960's (I think). She loved flowers and I inturn also love them. (Again, with the fragrance) I love looking out at my window and seeing this beauty everyday. It’s Capital in the province of Salerno, is Solerno. It falls into the region of Campania Italy. It sits at the foot of Monte Cerreto. Monte Cerreto is 1316 M high and is considered an observation point of interest that can be hiked. The Amalfi coast is a beautiful area lined with pastel colored villages that are nestled in and jut out of rugged sheer cliffs and situate themselves with gorgeous beach views below. According to a lot of travelers and travel writers alike, the Amalfi coast has some of the most spectacular views in all-of-the world. Homemade Keto Blueberry Muffins Often times in this Keto journey if  I don't eat enough food sometimes I get the "muchies" and I want something else to eat, or sometimes I do want something quick and easy to eat in the morning. I love making these Keto Blueberry Muffins. I am not sure where this recipe originated because I follow so many foodie and Keto people. But I wanted to share this recipe with all of you. Part of why Keto is successful is because the person can control exactly what is going into their food because they are making it.
