The current state of affairs in the world, especially in the United States, calls attention to truly random thoughts I will share here today; I hope though, that this post will find a bit of yourself here and even afford a smile or two. The chaos of the world makes me attend to my self-care routines a bit more.In order to unwind I have done some face masks,and foot masks and even a manicure while adding in more exercise and healthy sleep and eating. How about you? My favorite exercises of Tai Chi are great for restoring and revitalizing myself. The exerises are thought provoking and meditative. I was able to host a family event afternoon with my children and grandchildren. Remember when someone said "find your Joy"? That's exactly what I find when I seek joy.Family.
