Keto Nuggets

I'm always on the outlook for easy, tasty and fulfilling foods to eat. I also love recipes that I can make that everyone would enjoy even if they are not on a specified lifestyle diet. It cannot get easier than this lovely keto nugget recipe. This recipe and others that are similar to this have gone viral on social media. So I've adapted this one. You'll need a mixing bowl, and I have used a simple mini muffin tin to shape them. But you can use a regular muffin tin or shape them with your hands, it's up to you. Keto Nuggets Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees~ There's only a few Ingredients that you'll need: ***************************************** *1) 1 Can of Chicken breast (drain all of the water out) *2) 1 egg (I used a large egg) *3) 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese (I used a pre shredded kind) *4) 1/2 tsp of garlic powder *5) Salt & Pepper to your taste **************************************** Directions In a bowl, combine all of the ingredient

Stuffed Mini Cucumbers Recipe

I am always looking for new recipes and tasty appetizers for the next party/party hosting I will do. I look for quick, easy, crowd pleasing and I detest turning on the oven if I don't have to. *Summer Tip* I feel the key to feeling great especially in the summer,is to stay hydrated all while eating your way into healthy vitamins and minerals. Make sure you eat your summer vegetable harvest that contain foods like cucumbers because they are usually in abundance and the water content is high in cucumbers!* I reccently came across a recipe in the Costco magazine that is a version of a recipe that my own mother used to make for summer parties and for a simple dish that replaced a salad, they called them "Stuffed CuteCumber Boats". I'll link this recipe later at the end, but here is the version that my mom used and that I now use that we just called Stuffed Cucumbers. *Recipe Tip* I depise waste, especially food waste, and if I can I will use something I have on-hand

Happy 4th Of July and Caprese Kabobs Recipe

Happy 4th of July I want to start out by wishing you a Happy Independence day! No matter how you spend it today, please be safe. Practice safety in so many ways like watching out for the little ones, being sure you are safe around fireworks and sparklers! (while we see them as a lower-class firework they are dangerous!) Sparklers burn at between 1800 degrees-3000 degrees Fahrenheit! That's hot and super dangerous. Here's a very simple yet classic appetizer recipe for the picnic, backyard BBQ, or even wedding. I love to make food that all types of diets can enjoy. This is gluten-friendly, keto-friendly, and vegan. It can be made with all organic ingredients; including the cheese, but for this recipe today I cheated and used cheese sticks to save time.  Need -Cherry or grape tomatoes  (today I used 40) 2 on each stick -skewers (your choice I used bamboo but sometimes they're not perfect i.e. crooked or shredding) can use long party toothpicks as well. -Favorite Balsamic vineg
