It cannot get easier than this lovely keto nugget recipe. This recipe and others that are similar to this have gone viral on social media. So I've adapted this one. You'll need a mixing bowl, and I have used a simple mini muffin tin to shape them. But you can use a regular muffin tin or shape them with your hands, it's up to you. Stuffed Mini Cucumbers Recipe

I am always looking for new recipes and tasty appetizers for the next party/party hosting I will do. I look for quick, easy, crowd pleasing and I detest turning on the oven if I don't have to. *Summer Tip* I feel the key to feeling great especially in the summer,is to stay hydrated all while eating your way into healthy vitamins and minerals. Make sure you eat your summer vegetable harvest that contain foods like cucumbers because they are usually in abundance and the water content is high in cucumbers!* I reccently came across a recipe in the Costco magazine that is a version of a recipe that my own mother used to make for summer parties and for a simple dish that replaced a salad, they called them "Stuffed CuteCumber Boats". I'll link this recipe later at the end, but here is the version that my mom used and that I now use that we just called Stuffed Cucumbers. *Recipe Tip* I depise waste, especially food waste, and if I can I will use something I have on-hand

Homemade Keto/Low Carb Ranch Dip & Dressing Recipe

The summer holidays are here. Most of America is lifting all of the Covid 19 restrictions, so off to the family BBQ we go. What goes better at a BBQ other than dip? Dips do not have to contain sugar, and this recipe is probably the easiest on the planet to make. So today I'm highlighting a homemade Low carb and Keto-friendly ranch dip and dressing. Making home made recipes controls the amount of "bad for you ingredients" or just unecessary ingredients. If you become a consumer who reads the labels, you would be shocked. Did you know that condiments carry a ton of sugar in them and often times we may descriminately overuse them? Did you know that by reading the label on the Coke can one can find out that in a 12 oz can there is 39g of sugar and compare that to just 1 TBSP of Ketchup carries about 3.7 g of sugar. That starts adding up. Look for alternatives now that contain little or no sugar. If you don't see it, ask your grocer, they will try to stock it or report

Easter Tablescape

In my home Easter is most welcome, to my family it is the harbringer of Spring. I love to decorate for Easter;and I feel revived after a long and dark winter, I'll bet you do too. I think I have finally embraced the time change (if you have that where you live)and am looking so forward to summer and flowers and butterflies, but until then an Easter Tablescape is the easiest way to be creative and set the springy mood. *Remember that I always say shop your home first, and rethink the way your decorate. Use containers or ideas that you never have before, and you'll be surprised what you come up with. I love it when my spring flower bulbs start to pop up, it really gets me excited for lawn chairs, umbrellas and iced tea. This winter was harsh and the bunnies helped to prune numerous shrubs and ate some of my flowers already, while their wildlife buddy the vole was busy underground stealing a lot of my tulips! But here's what we have already. (most of the tulips that a
