I took a small hiatus to catch my breath. Last year was a lot for many of us. This past month I have been immersed in finding my artful self and relaunched a redbubble photography site and set up a jewelry etsy site! I'd love to share them with you. I'll have the links to them below. I have always been a creative person and have always made and displayed art of my own in my home.I loved art as a teen. I am slef-taught as with most things, but I do come from at least three generations of artists and hand-crafters, and of course a little of that rubbed off. The Pain Scale Pain is defined as an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience and symptom of an underlying condition. But experiencing pain can be your friend. Why?  According to Psychology Today, it is the "body's wake-up call" to pay attention and to reactivate the body sense. We are at attention when we feel the slightest pain. It does call us to perhaps stop lifting items the way we were or to understand the limitations of how many times you can walk the stairs due to your "bum" knee.
