Kindness Rocks

KINDNESS ROCKS

I’m on a Mindful journey and healing/mending takes on a whole new perspective whether you set out to be kind or kindness happens by accident. As I journey through mindfulness, I find that you can pass on hope and inspiration to others and by doing simple acts of kindness they will help to heal you. You will be helping to cause a ripple effect in the universe and you’ll get this feeling because you’ll realize that it is so much bigger than ourselves.

I recently got caught being kind and someone sent me a #kindawesome card, and then I was sent two KIND snacks in appreciation! So awesome and kind! You can send someone who does something kind if you go to
howkindofyou.com   then share your snack on social like I have so you too can pass on this kind campaign to someone else. @kindsnacks  #kindawesome

Thank you @kindsnacks for doing this!

My take on The Kindness Rocks Project

I love the Kindness Rocks Project!

“One message at just the right time can change your entire day…outlook…life”

This project is one that is inspiring and helping to create a climate of kindness, along with the love of nature. Being out in nature; whether hiking in the woods or walking along the shore of the ocean can put one in awe of the vastness of the world. Then to find a kindness rock along the way can even make a difference to someone, or just make them smile, make their day or give hope and inspiration.
On the Kindness Rocks Project’s website, they list some goals, here are two

Goal 1    inspires others through randomly placed rocks along the way.
Goal 2    recruit every person who stumbles upon it to join in the pursuit of inspiring others through random acts of kindness.

What can you do?  Go to    thekindnessrocksproject.com    website for further information
Make and pass your rocks!  Please remember to be kind to the environment when making them.
Use only non-toxic spray/paint, use oil based sharpies, and then use non- toxic clear sealant. Remember to #thekindnessproject on the back of your stone.
Also please post an inspiring story there if you have one.

You’re the one who can change the world with just one kind word.
