Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

Do you have a taste for some chocolate? Do you follow the Ketogenic diet? Do you hate craving something you cannot have? Theis recipe is just for you. How about a little bit of cake? I have the perfect recipe it is very easy to make, takes only 60 (1 minute) to cook, has only a few ingredients and is very satisfying. For this post today, I'd like to introduce you to the simple mug cake made with keto-friendly ingredients. I have seen a million different variations of this recipe and perhaps you can vary or add something you like as well.
Microwave Keto Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients Needed 3TBSP almond flour or 1TBSP coconut flour 1TBSP butter 1TBSP coco powder 1 egg beaten 1/2 tsp baking powder 2TBSP of granulated sweetner (my favorite Keto choice is Sweerve) and A splash of vanilla *Optional, can top with or mix in sugar less Chocolate chips.
Recipe In a microwaveable mug or microwaveable ramekin(small baking dish) melt the butter (about 15 sec. or so until completely melted), then add all of the ingredients and mix super well.
Don't forget to beat the egg!
Make sure you scrape the sides and the bottom well~ (no one likes a mouth full of flour! Yikes) Then microwave for 60 seconds (1 minute), please be aware that the cake will be extremely hot, wait until it cools to eat, however, this is a great time to toss on top a few of those chocolate chips they will melt immediately.
Appprox. 315 calories, 7 carbs and 4g fiber. This came out soft, fluffy and moist and so very good. My personal 5 stars review. *I think it would taste good with nuts, raspberries, or peanut butter. I am currently one of those people in the path of this polar vortex weather, and I am not happy. Midwesterners are tough, rugged and live through a lot of weather extremes, however, what is predicted to come for the next two days is just dangerous. Magnolias In My Kitchen Very Simple Flower Centerpiece

It's a very cold January day and not one glimpse of the sun is to be had. The ground is covered in snow and now there's even freezing drizzle/rain to add into making this a long winter's day. There's only one thing you can do is to bring warmth in, by way of flowers. I have these two magnolia stems sitting right near me, One has three blooms on it and one has two.
