BEAUTY IS A LIFESTYLE THING

Girls and women are constantly, on a daily basis, being bombarded with stereotypes regarding their body images. They are unrealistic and unattainable and are usually driven by a male enhanced environment. In 2010, the Dove Brand of the Unilever company had a vision, they wanted to widen out the definition of what is real beauty. The Dove Brand then went on and created a movement that swept the United States called The Dove Movement for Self Esteem. March is National Women's History Month Women played very intricate parts in the history of the United States, but I'll be willing to bet you may not have known about them. Did you know that rubbing your skin very hard can actually injure it? When one has blemishes, or pimples we tend to rub them harder in an effort to cleanse them better.  Please stop and gently cleanse your skin and freely rinse all of the product off.  The same goes for toweling off, it is better for your skin to "pat" dry. The is gentle and it keeps skin from futher drying (caused by the rubbing). When you "pat" dry you help to lock in moisture and if you follow that with a nice slathering of your favorite cream, your body (and face) will thank you.
