It's true, there are many cosmetics & preparations out there that can make one look prettier or better, but did you know that sleep is beauty for your overall health? While most sleep centers would like the average person to get an ideal seven (7) to nine (9) hours of sleep per every twenty four (24) hours, however, the most sleep one can get the better. Beautiful Self-Esteem

Yes, I'm sure you have, so why is it that if we have all heard it a million times that we don't trust the saying? Most likely the reason we don't practice what we preach is because many times each day we are all reminded that it is a beautiful thing to be beautiful. The beautiful people get more things, they get better jobs,they find better partners (or find partners at all), and quite simply the people that are "better looking" just have a better time in life in general. It is time for that to change! "Everyone is beautiful in their own way" and we need to pass this very important bit of information to our little children and especially to the little girls coming up. I was impacted greatly when I went to visist a large manufacturer of beauty and beauty-related products. This manufacturer is proud to say their industry, the industry of beauty stinks! And

According to the Academy of Dermatology, our lips do not contain oil glands and that in turn can cause them to become dry and chapped. The academy goes on to remind us that it does not have to be winter to have chapped lips . Simple things like overly licking lips , exposure to wind, and even exposure to sun can cause chapped lips . Here is a couple of simple things that can help you avoid getting chapped lips . Starting with the simplest of all, quit licking your lips (I don't know about you, but my mother would holler at me). In the age of sunscreens for your body; get one for your lips and don't leave home with out it on! Purchase a lip balm that contains an SPF. Be certain that
